After the passing of my parents and only sister, I relocated to Hawai’i to be with my older brother.
That is where I was introduced to commercial kitchens, and cooking on the “line”
The creative aspect of cooking is similar to painting on a blank canvas and THAT is what I enjoy when cooking.

Cultural Foods.
I enjoy preparing cultural foods; Latin Caribbean, Hawaiian fusion, as well as Asian fusion. This is how Sabor Chefs was born.
